JOB SUMMARY:
Supports in stress testing for all product lines by performing inspections, data analysis, chamber loading, device investigation and debug
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support stress testing of devices, bench testing
- Perform, analyze, and document activities, including completion of reliability stress testing while maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Setup, operate, and stress testing of devices to assess product reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, operators and cross-functional teams to identify and address any reliability concerns related to stress testing
- Performs other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education / Experience
- Graduate of a Technology course or any Electronics related course or equivalent is preferred.
- Preferably with a semiconductor industry experience for at least 2 years
- Knowledge in industry standard such as JEDEC specifications and AEC standards.
- Skills
- Knowledgeable in reliability testing and reliability specifications.
- Knowledgeable in electronics, assembly processed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical, methodological, dependable, independent and have good communications skills.
