Job Overview:
As a Client Support Associate, your responsibilities will include the execution of our operational tasks and the management of back-end logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities related to client deliverables. Additionally, you will be a key support to our consultants and associates, assisting them in achieving client objectives efficiently and within the agreed timelines. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
The position will require someone who is detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Communicating and following up on action items: required to interact/communicate consistently with clients and other team members in the company
- Collaborating with different departments/divisions in the company
- Keeping track of the CEO’s and other consultants’ meetings with clients and making sure they are equipped with appropriate information
- Preparing departmental meeting agenda documents and taking notes during meetings
- Attending and taking notes during consultants’ meetings with clients, when needed.
- Administrative & logistical tasks: record keeping, data management, project tracking, preparing reports, managing calendars, and sending out & responding to emails
- Research: Collecting, analysing, and scanning through information to identify pertinent information and presenting/organizing the data
- Business Development: Reaching out to potential clients, following up on sales leads, and closing sales.
- Recommending changes to existing business processes to improve efficiency.
- Miscellaneous: Any other duties that may be assigned as deemed fit.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English verbal and written skills with a strong grip on grammar
- Graduated from a 4-year degree program at a reputable university
- Experience working for an education consulting company specializing in college admissions is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working during PST hours is preferred, but not required
