- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and labor laws.
- Experience in handling POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
