Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Monitor sales and profitability targets, analyze reports, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with HR on staffing, scheduling, and team development
✅ Qualifications:
- With at least 3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge in inventory, sales monitoring, and cost control
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
