As we scale, we are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing operations, drive financial performance, and ensure timely reimbursement across all payers. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required.
Position Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the entire billing lifecycle—from patient registration through final payment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in medical billing, payer reimbursement processes, denial management, and a deep working knowledge of eClinicalWorks EMR/PM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily billing operations, claim submissions, and accounts receivable management
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to collections, denials, and billing cycle time
- Ensure accurate charge capture, coding, and documentation compliance
- Manage team performance and workflows across billing, coding, and collections
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues or claim denials
- Optimize and maintain eClinicalWorks billing and RCM functionality
- Collaborate with providers, clinical teams, and external vendors
- Stay updated on payer policy changes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks EMR/PM
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding, claims processing, and payer requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with multiple specialties is a plus (e.g., primary care, cardiology, pain, etc.)
