Job Description
As the Rollout Design & Delivery Manager, it is crucial to successfully implement the creation or modification of new products/services, following existing business rules and utilizing existing platforms, capabilities, and APIs, particularly those involving changes to systems, processes, or technologies. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on management to ensure seamless deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute rollout strategies and detailed execution plans.
- Coordinate across teams to align resources, schedules, and stakeholder needs.
- Manage deployment logistics, risk, and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee training, support, and communication to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor progress, report outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
