Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming floors.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure all guest rooms are equipped with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and other necessary amenities.
- Guest Requests: Fulfill guest requests for additional items (e.g., towels, pillows, toiletries) in a timely manner.
- Public Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards and are ready for guest check-in.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages in the room to the appropriate department.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping position
- Gender: Open to both male and female applicants.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move items as needed.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a hotel environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
