The Room Attendant is responsible for providing comfort to the guests by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of HRM/Tourism or other related courses
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Fresh Graduates/Entry Level with good internship exposure in admin/operation function and willing to be trained are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in handling customers'/client's concerns and complaints in a highly professional manner
- Experience in dealing with guest complaints would be advantageous
- With knowledge of the Mall/Hotel retail industry
- Able to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when the need arises
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Create and work to daily job list from the room status list, arrivals and departure list
- Maintain inventory stock levels of consumables
- Report maintenance issues, damage furniture and equipments and other hotel facilities
- Attend to all reasonable requests from guest to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Carry-out instructions from the immediate supervisor and/or from the head office
