Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and appraise repossessed units
- Assess the condition, description and potential resale value of repossessed units
- Prepare detailed appraisal report for internal decision-making and external sales
- Stay updated on market trends and unit depreciation rates to adjust valuation
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Automotive Technology, or any related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in vehicle appraisal
- Strong analytical and research skills for evaluation
- Knowledge of repossessed unit valuation, market trends, and depreciation factors
- Excellent written and verbal communication for preparing detailed reports
- Keen attention to details in assessing unit conditions.
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to inspect repossessed units
