Position Summary
We are looking for a Rostering & Recruitment Specialist VA with strong experience in scheduling and talent acquisition—ideally in the home care industry. This role plays a key part in ensuring caregiver coverage and recruiting qualified staff while maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and resolve shift gaps promptly
- Recruit, screen, and onboard suitable caregiver candidates
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff regarding scheduling needs
- Maintain and update databases using WellSky or similar platforms
- Prepare daily and weekly reports as required
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in rostering and recruitment, preferably in home care
- Familiarity with WellSky or similar scheduling/HR software (preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated reliability and accountability in a remote work setting
- Must be able to work PST hours, including weekends (non-negotiable)
