Job Summary:
The Route Salesman is responsible for delivering products to customers along a designated route, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new sales, and ensuring accurate inventory management. This position combines driving, delivery, sales, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods and products to customers on an assigned route in a timely and safe manner
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns professionally
- Take and process customer orders, upsell or introduce new products when appropriate
- Collect payments and issue receipts as necessary
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading of products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels in customer locations (e.g., shelves, vending machines, or inventory rooms)
- Prepare daily sales and delivery reports
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and ensure delivery vehicle is clean and in good condition
- Follow company policies, road safety, and customer service standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (Professional License may be required depending on vehicle size)
- Proven experience in sales or delivery is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry products
- Knowledge of routes and areas of delivery is a plus
- Trustworthy and reliable
Working Conditions:
- Field-based role, may involve long hours or weekend work depending on delivery schedules
- Exposure to different weather conditions
- Requires manual handling and driving for long periods

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
