- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Assist in training new employees and supporting staff development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incident reports.
- Address employee issues or conflicts professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate work schedules, shift coverage, and task assignments.
- Report progress and issues to upper management.
