- Knowledgeable in DOLE OSH laws, rules, and regulations
- Skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and preparation of safety reports
- Proficient in conducting toolbox meetings, site inspections, and safety orientations
- Good communication and coordination skills in dealing with workers, contractors, and site engineers
