Minimum Job Requirements:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably in occupational safety, engineering, or a related field.
- Must have completed training and certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., BOSH).
- At least two (2) years of work experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in retail or commercial establishments.
- Willing to be assigned in Koronadal City and travel to all company branches in Mindanao.
- THIS IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and hazard control.
- Familiarity with safety audits, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness planning.
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, policies, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for safety training and reporting.
- Integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
