We are a rapidly expanding startup headquartered in San Francisco, and we're on a mission to bring more restaurants onto our innovative platform. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly experienced Sales Representative with deep knowledge of the U.S. market, specifically in restaurant lead generation and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new restaurant leads via cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound methods
- Execute and manage high-volume outbound calls on a daily basis
- Drive lead generation and sales conversion campaigns
- Present our platform to potential restaurant partners and persuade them to join
- Follow communication scripts and sales pitches tailored for U.S. restaurants
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools (e.g., [insert CRM name here])
- Understand restaurant partner needs and offer effective solutions
- Identify upselling opportunities where applicable
- Ensure accurate and complete communication and data entry using best practices
- Take ownership of managing daily call operations and performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or lead generation targeting the U.S. restaurant industry
- Must have worked in the American market and understand its sales dynamics
- Available to work during daytime hours in California (PST)
- Strong command of English (verbal and written), with excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (please specify which you’ve used, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused with the ability to tailor messaging to different personality types
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with restaurant industry tools or networks is a plus

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
