The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for managing direct function inquiries, promoting the hotel's event packages and venues, and ensuring seamless event coordination. This role combines client management, social media engagement, and participation in marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel's events portfolio.
1. Client Management:
- Handle in-house direct inquiries, including corporate and social accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customize event packages and finalize bookings to achieve sales targets.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage the "Events by The Lake" Facebook page, creating a social media calendar with engaging content.
- Promote event packages, venue highlights, and exclusive offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and expand reach.
3. Marketing and Exposure Initiatives:
- Represent the hotel at expos and marketing events in coordination with the marketing team.
- Showcase the hotel’s event capabilities to potential clients during these activities.
4. Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee events booked directly, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
- Address and resolve any issues during events promptly.
Prepare Banquet Event Orders for closed accounts and coordinate with department heads to ensure effective event planning and execution.
5. Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and submit sales-related reports and updates on performance metrics.
6. Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management to support departmental goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tagaytay, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- hotel sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
