Job Description:
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing strong relationships with customers. This role involves managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and generating new sales opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct various sales activities, including prospecting, managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
- Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts.
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
- Use client feedback to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or any course with relevant experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
