PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding account status, payment schedules, commissions, bank takeout, and other concerns.
2. Responsible for ensuring smooth processing of client transactions and documentation.
3. Assist buyers in understanding payment terms, amortization schedules, and financing options.
4. Maintaining accurate records, monitoring payment schedules, and facilitating coordination among departments for contract processing and customer satisfaction.
5. Follow up with clients on upcoming due payments, alteration checks, DAIF checks and call for mailed notices.
6. Follow up regularly on due and past due accounts through phone calls, emails, and formal notices.
7. Monitor account balances and escalate delinquent accounts for appropriate collection action.
8. Coordinate with the Finance team to reconcile payments and provide updated Statements of Account to buyers when requested.
9. Assist buyers in completing required documents for loan applications, update buyer's profile and ensure compliance and completeness before accepting from buyer and submission to accredited bank.
10. Coordinate with bank loan officers to facilitate loan processing, track loan applications, approvals, takeout documentation and the release of takeout proceeds.
11. Evaluate buyer financial documents for eligibility and recommend approval or rejection based on risk and company criteria.
12. Endorse buyers loan application to accredited banks for evaluation.
Education. College (Accounting or Business Related)
Work Experience. At least 1 year with Consumer Lending or Home Loan Department of any commercial bank.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Microsoft (word and excel etc), knowledge in collection and basic computation, basic customer relation

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
