Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-oriented Sales Admin and Banquet Assistant to oversee the daily coordination of banquet functions and ensure seamless event execution. This role serves as the key liaison between the client and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth event flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banquet hosts before and during events.
- Attend to walk-in clients, phone inquiries, emails, and messages from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client needs are met before, during, and after the event.
- Coordinate and fulfill client requests related to setup, décor, cakes, and lechon orders.
- Handle contract signing and provide event consultations.
Event Coordination
- Oversee all phases of banquet events to ensure service standards and company policies are upheld.
- Supervise waitstaff and kitchen personnel during events, ensuring professionalism, proper grooming, and complete uniforms.
- Ensure food quality meets company standards before serving.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized event space, including pavilion, garden, and pool areas.
Sales & Reservations
- Monitor and manage daily reservations; follow up on tentative bookings.
- Accept and process payments (reservations, down payments, full payments) and coordinate bank deposits with the assistance of PTT.
- Submit payment documentation to the main office (Villa Leonila – San Pedro).
- Visit local churches, schools, and companies for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Assist in posting seasonal promotions and tarpaulins.
Operations & Reporting
- Submit monthly reports, including total sales, number of events, grocery inventory, and urgent maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with the manager regarding equipment issues, facility repairs, or urgent concerns (e.g., lighting, sound system).
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and meets hygiene standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in events, hospitality, or food and beverage service.
- Preferably with 1–4 years of experience in banquet, restaurant, or event service roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, social media platforms).

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
