Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to lead and expand our sales team. They are responsible for finding new leads, building relationships, and closing deals. They also handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Agent will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. This role requires a strong leader who can mentor team members and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Establish and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop action plans
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
