Responsibilities:
- Support sales initiatives by identifying and researching potential clients through calls, referrals, events, and online platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule client site visits and meetings to facilitate sales team efforts and understand client needs.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage and organize client documentation, including contracts, sales reports, and follow-up records.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements and alignment on project timelines.
- Help monitor and track sales targets, pipeline status, and customer engagement to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to assist in positioning the company effectively.
- Provide timely after-sales administrative support, including updating clients on project progress and addressing inquiries.
- Represent the company during trade shows, sports exhibitions, and industry events, assisting with logistics and promotional materials.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing content across digital and print channels to target key markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and execute lead generation campaigns, social media content, and email marketing.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and sales tracking tools for accurate reporting and client follow-ups.
- Perform other related administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course
- Experience in sales or marketing, customer relationship management, or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable conducting fieldwork and in-person client meetings
- Willing to travel and visit client sites as required
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic CRM or sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
- Background in sports infrastructure, construction sales, or B2B projects is a plus
- Basic knowledge of flooring systems, bleachers, or athletic equipment preferred
- Professional demeanor with the ability to manage long sales cycles
- Team-oriented with a client-first mindset
