Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our wellness services, expanding our customer base, and building strong client relationships. You will help grow our brand through marketing activities and actively support efforts to attract potential franchise partners who believe in our mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote wellness services to new and existing customers.
- Assist in planning and posting marketing content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Attend wellness events and help organize promotional activities.
- Help create simple marketing materials like posters, flyers, and online posts.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (wellness or health industry experience is a plus).
- Good communication and people skills.
- Knowledge in using social media for marketing.
- Basic skills in Canva, simple graphic editing, or content creation is an advantage.
- Willing to learn, energetic, and passionate about health and wellness.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel or attend events when needed.
- Visit branches if needed to check performance, gather feedback, and identify any challenges or concerns.
- Report branch performance and issues to management for quick resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
