KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Operations
- Lead and optimize daily sales operations across all touchpoints (dine-in, take-out, online, corporate).
- Build performance dashboards and KPIs for sales teams.
- Develop incentive and retention programs to motivate high performance.
Business Development
- Explore and activate new business opportunities such as partnerships, events, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach.
- Expand reach to new customer segments and locations.
- Analyze market trends and identify expansion strategies.
Branding & Marketing Strategy
- Drive the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity to align with market trends and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing a multi-branch or multi-channel F&B brand preferred.
- Strong grasp of tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.
