Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers: Find new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Build relationships: Maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects
- Educate customers: Provide information about products or services, and conduct product demonstrations
- Provide solutions: Find solutions to customer needs and pain points
- Meet sales goals: Achieve sales targets and quotas
- Prepare reports: Create weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor competition: Gather information about competitors' products, pricing, and trends
- Resolve complaints: Help resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
- Negotiate contracts: Negotiate contracts with clients
- Coordinate sales: Work with marketing and other teams to coordinate sales efforts

- Communication: Clearly communicate information to customers using verbal communication, texting, and body language
