Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or property/hotel management.
- Strong background in customer service, client relations, and business operations.
- Proficient in sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and basic reporting or performance tracking.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be assigned to Antipolo, Rizal.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive profitability and identify new market opportunities.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including quality control, guest experience, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise administrative and maintenance staff, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
- Monitor financial transactions, budgeting, petty cash, collections, and prepare daily reports and KPIs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, manage permits, and maintain supplier partnerships for smooth procurement.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, ensure service readiness, and support customized experiences for VIPs and high-profile clients.
- Create and update SOPs to optimize workflow, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
