DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships
2. Analyzes customers' needs, recommends products, and explains technical concepts.
3. Writes reports and proposals for vendors or clients related to technical products
4. Develops extensive knowledge regarding various products and services
5. Resolves customer complaints and ensures client satisfaction.
6. Prepares reports
7. Inputs New Customer details, and prepares Sales Orders (SO) and inventory Requests (IR) in the Active One (A1) System for every purchase order.
8. Prepares and monitors the Service Billing Form (SBF) of in-house transactions including attachments.
9. Prepares billings or Statement of Account (SOA) for client’s reference of payments.
10. Maintains proper custody of files
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Graduate of any Four (4) year business related course
- At least one-year experience in the field of sales
- Basic skills in Computer literacy e.g. Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Satisfactory in both written and oral Communication skills
- Open to fresh graduates
- With Pleasing Personality
Willing to be assigned in Main Branch (Bacaca) or Mintal
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php13,260.00 per month
