JOB SPECIFICATION:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering, architecture and design.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/ Management/Marketing Management
- Architecture
- Interior Design or any related fields
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience. Advantage if in construction, interior design, furniture production, or any related field.
- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) or project -based sales
- Existing network of contracts in related industries
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Presentation and client relationship management
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in basic pricing , quotations and estimations
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for design and construction industries
- Team Player with the ability to work independently and under pressure
ADVANTAGE:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design tools to understand client requirements
- Familiarity with local building codes, design trends and materials used in environmental graphics and furniture fabrication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
HEALTH CLASSIFICATION:
- Physically fit to travel domestic and international, conduct site visits, and attend client meetings
- Free from medical conditions that may hinder productivity or mobility
