· Consolidates gathered information of all accounts in one database.
· Creative and resourceful in data gathering and obtaining prospective clients.
· Know-how and understanding about demographic and behavioral pattern of any given market segment.
· Conducts market research, competition and trends.
· Develops sales presentations to a wide range of prospective clients.
· Creating calendar of activity which determines the itinenary and target market on a yearly basis.
· Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
· Establishes weekly presentation of the sales performance and deliverables to the General Manager.
· Negotiating, closing contracts and representing the company on meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE).
· Answering client queries, resolves issues and concerns and providing immediate feedback.
· The major goal of a sales officer is aimed towards ensuring that every sales activity is directed towards achieving the desired sales targets.
· Cold calling, email blasting, face to face meetings, editing and finalizing contracts, making travel arrangements for the team are just a few of these responsibilities.
· Additional duties and responsibilities of the sales officer to be prescribed by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related field.
2. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Good communication and networking skills. Outstanding passion and unwavering energy for sales. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies. Excellent interpersonal skill set and professional relation with colleagues, superiors and customer. Ability to work well under pressure.
