Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of air conditioning systems and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting air conditioning products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
• Promote products online through Facebook by creating engaging content, running Facebook ads, and interacting with followers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with social media marketing, particularly Facebook, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Guiguinto 3015 P03: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
