Maintains a personal and aggressive sales approach to achieve personal sales set forth by the Store Manager
2. Builds a positive rapport with regular and/or walk-in customers.
3. Communicates to the customer the products benefits and features
4. Orders stocks from the stockroom/warehouse for client’s purchases.
5. Ensures adequate product displays/merchandizing in their assigned area per sports category.
6. Ensures correct price tagging of assigned products.
7. Ensures products are stored by gender by category and by size in the stockroom in an orderly manner.
8. Recommends additional orders of stocks based on product movement.
9Regularly monitors the adequacy of stocks in the selling area.
10. Recommends/notifies Sales Supervisor of the need to re-order.
11. Monitors sales of products assigned on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the Sales Head.
12. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of their assigned area.
13. Ensures attendance to scheduled product orientations
14. Participates in off-site selling activities (special bazaars) as scheduled by Sales Head or Store management.
15. Secures and safeguards the assets of the company such as stocks, equipment, documents, facilities and the likes which are located in his / her area / store assignment.
16. Participates in the restitution of confirmed losses based on official of investigation and report of the company’s authorized department.
17. Performs other functions related, analogous and germane to the preceding enumerations as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
18. Report any anomalies or errs in the store
