- Sales Associate or Used Car Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales support and assistance to all used car financing related activities.
- Ensures set key performance indicators (KPIs) of the department is met.
- Expand and grow used car financing portfolio across all existing and potential sales channels.
- Perform basic credit checkings, review submitted loan document
- Performs calls and visits to customers as necessary
- Maintain good business relationship with dealerships, brokers and individual loan customers.
- Coordinate with Credit and Loan Administration Department and other business units for used car financing loan applications including post-sale concerns.
- Prepare and process incentives, rebates, and other used car financing related transactions.
- Assists used car financing customers during the entire term, pre-terminations until contract maturity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business or marketing related course.
- Preferably with experience in the auto loan industry or corporate banking but not required.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills/ Customer Relation Skills.
