Customer Interaction and Sales:
- Greeting and Engaging Customers: Welcoming customers and providing a positive shopping experience.
- Assisting with Purchases: Helping customers find products, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Processing Transactions: Operating the cash register, processing payments (cash, credit, debit), and issuing receipts.
- Handling Returns and Exchanges: Managing returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolving Complaints: Addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Store Maintenance and Operations:
- Maintaining Store Appearance: Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restocking and Inventory: Restocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and assisting with receiving shipments.
- Product Knowledge: Staying informed about product features, promotions, and policies.
- Promoting Sales and Promotions: Informing customers about current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Additional Responsibilities:
