JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the retail team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting everyday store operations. You’ll also take part in guiding junior team members and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them in finding the right products based on their needs
- Offer expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Keep the store well-stocked, organized, and clean to ensure a great shopping experience
- Meet individual and team sales targets by applying effective sales techniques
- Help with promotional campaigns and contribute to social media efforts
- Build lasting relationships with customers through attentive service and post-sale support
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
- Collaborate with management on operational tasks and store performance
- Provide support and informal mentorship to newer team members when needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram for customer interaction
- Experience in live selling or online retail is a big advantage
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Willingness to travel or work at other store locations as required
- Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php580.00 per day
