Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Maximize sales potential by effectively merchandising and displaying products to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with customer expectations and company goals.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to forecast product needs and optimize stock planning.
- Create and manage store layout plans; ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Project sales and profit margins, and assist in budget planning.
- Track inventory movement and recommend markdowns, promotions, and pricing adjustments when necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and collaborate with channel partners to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve merchandising efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php570.00 per day
