Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall operations of the retail store to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising and display efforts according to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php501.00 per day
