Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.
Key Accountabilities
1. Daily Operations
- Consistently follow and abide by the company’s established policies and procedures.
- Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.
- Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.
- Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.
- Arrange display of stocks.
2. Customer Engagement
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
- Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.
- Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (with or without experience)
- with experience in sales & customer assistance, if College level
- Must have good communication skills
- Amenable to work in Our Home SM Lucena
- Can start ASAP.
