- At least a ALS/High School/Senior High School graduate.
- With a pleasing personality and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in an optical company or retail sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of meeting sales targets and handling cash transactions.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and product knowledge quickly.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Willing to be assigned in SM TELABASTAGAN
- Available to start immediately.
