We are looking for a Sales Attendant with basic barista experience who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be friendly, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting customers, preparing beverages, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Take and prepare basic beverage, pastries and other product orders accurately
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promos when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, counter, and equipment
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
- Manage multiple tasks smoothly during busy hours
- Handle customer feedback or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Support team members with daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- With basic barista experience or willingness to learn
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Can work effectively under pressure and during peak hours
- Honest, reliable, and has a positive work attitude
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php461.00 - Php500.00 per day
