What we're looking for
- A friendly salesboy to greet and assist customers in our store
Preferably with experience working in any of the following:
- Grocery store/supermarket
- Convenience store/mini-mart
- Department store
- Educational attainment: high school graduate
- Prior experience in at least 1 retail store is required, but knowledge of and familiarity with the pet care industry is a plus
- Must be a pet lover/enthusiast but best if also a pet owner
- With excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays*
- Willingness to work in a store without aircon, but with plenty of fans to keep cool

What you'll be doing
As a salesboy
- Greet customers in a shop
- Help customers find items in the store
- Provide clients with information about items
- Respond to queries sent through SMS, call, or Facebook/Messenger/Instagram
- Book deliveries through Maxim, Grab, and other third-party on-demand delivery apps
- Check for stock at other branches and make stock transfers if necessary
- Elevate customer complaints to management
- Keep track of inventory in the assigned shop
- Lift heavy items like pet food sacks with weights ranging from 6-22kg
