Sales/Cargo Associate

The Sales & Cargo Associate is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s sales presence in the Tagbilaran area while overseeing cargo operations to ensure smooth and timely service. This role requires a mature, reliable, and proactive individual capable of independently handling the area’s sales targets and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell cargo services within the Tagbilaran area.
• Coordinate and oversee cargo handling, including receiving, processing, and dispatching shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, cargo documentation, and operational updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities in the area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in sales and/or logistics operations.
• Mature, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Tagbilaran and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Working Conditions:

• Fieldwork within the Tagbilaran area.
• May require flexible working hours based on operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11,180.00 - Php13,780.00 per month
