Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products, including pricing and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product pricing is accurate.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, including balancing cash registers, locking doors, and setting alarms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
