Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage customers in the showroom and during field activities.
- Understand and present BYD's full range of electric and hybrid vehicles to potential clients.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, performance, warranties, and financing options.
- Assist clients through the full sales process — from inquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and transactions.
- Attend product trainings and stay updated on BYD vehicle models, specs, and EV market trends.
- Participate in marketing activities, events, and roadshows as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service and uphold BYD’s brand image at all times.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or related courses preferred)
- With at least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in automotive)
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about cars, technology, and customer service
- Confident, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to do fieldwork, showroom duty, and attend training as required
- With a valid driver’s license and knows how to drive (preferred).
