Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Negotiate sales and financing terms to close deals.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a knack for building relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
