What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer information, and preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as trade shows, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data within the CRM system.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall sales efficiency.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support, ideally in a client-facing environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
