Requirements:
-A high school diploma or equivalent education related to business.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
-A friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk for long periods, and to lift and carry promotional materials.
-A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to different locations (optional).
-Must have own motorbike for fieldwork and transportation requirements.
Responsibilities:
-Travelling to designated stores or branches to visit company products and get updates in the store.
-Setting up promotional, arranging, and cleaning product to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
-Conducting product demonstrations and providing information about the features and benefits of the products or services being promoted.
-Engaging with customers and answering their questions about the products or services.
-Meeting sales targets and goals set by the company.
-Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and submitting reports to the supervisor or manager.
-Providing feedback to the company on customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
