Sales Account Coordinator - Assists the sales team by setting monthly and annual goals. Acts as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers. Provides valuable feedback to management to make sure that consumers are satisfied with the product.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· In charge of overall sales performance of the assigned area
· Conduct store visit to all assigned area
· Handles store opening. Assist in delivery and installation of fixtures and merchandise.
· Conduct product training
· Help in sourcing of sales promoter.
· Submit reports in a timely manner.
· Submit Weekly Sales Report (WSR) with stock allocation.
· Submit all reports required by the immediate head in a timely manner.
· Report to the management sales performance of assigned area against target thru weekly sales meeting.
· Conduct sales promoter office day meeting.
· Manage sales promoter's attendance and performance including submission of reports and inventory management.
· Ensure that they comply with the company's rules and regulations.
· Gather sales information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit to his immediate superior.
· Assist in countering and collection
· Handles customer queries, complaints, and issues.
· Source for potential business opportunities such as entry in new stores or a new retail player
· Coordinate with service department regarding defective stocks and pull-out concerns.
· Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure that all concerns within his area is being settled on time.
· Directly report to the Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of any 4-year course
· At least 3 years’ experience as Account Coordinator
· Experience in Sales Retail Industry
· Experience in handling Promodisers / Sales Promoters
· Familiarity with sales report
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to details
· Can work with minimal supervision
· Can work under pressure
· Email savvy and with active social media account/s
· Willing to be assigned and field in Southern Mindanao
· Can Start Immediately.
