Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Manage and maintain large datasets of product information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analytical Support: Provide data-driven insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Use data to identify and solve problems, contributing to the overall success of Bayer's sales efforts.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Data Analysis: Experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing data, preferably with experience using statistical software or tools.
- Data Management: Experience managing and maintaining large datasets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
