Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the internal sales team by qualifying high-volume, warm inbound leads generated from paid social campaigns. This role involves engaging directly with individual consumers - primarily prospective university applicants and their parents in the UK- and booking consultations with the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s eager to help more students access tailored educational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Engage directly with individual students or parents via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Book qualified consultations for the internal UK-based sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead data in Streak CRM.
- Collaborate with two UK sales leaders for guidance and feedback.
- Share insights from prospect conversations to improve targeting and messaging
Qualifications
- Considerable years of experience in sales, lead qualification, or customer engagement role.
- Experience in a B2C setting, ideally within education, online services, or consumer support.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents and tailoring communication to each.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Streak CRM experience is a plus, but not required).
- Motivated, organized, and metrics-driven with a strong work ethic.
