Job Summary:
The Sales Development Staff is responsible for supporting the sales team by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and helping to expand the customer base. The role involves conducting market research, contacting prospective clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and customer research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, accounting) to ensure timely delivery and billing.
- Attend trade shows, product launches, and customer meetings when necessary.
- Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
