DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Understanding customer needs and recommending innovative solutions.
- Seeking out new growth opportunities and generating new sales leads.
- Writing proposals and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Providing follow-up training for new customers.
- Managing your sales pipeline and activity with sales management tools.
- Generating forecasting and tracking reports.
- Keeping up with new offerings and market trends through training and your own research.
- Conducts and submits company presentation to prospective clients
- Attends to meetings/conferences as required
- Give assistance in preparation of bid-documents
- Attends pre-bid conferences, meeting and proceedings
- Gathers bid publications and advertisements
- Maintain professional partnership and accorded customer service; servicing requirements with beyond expected quality of deliverables to client; Expand/ Extend business potentials with existing clients
- Recommends changes in products quality, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments as per client feedback.
- Add creative insight and problem-solving to all of the above on a consistent basis
COMPETENCIES:
Education:
- Four (4) years Graduate of BSBA Marketing or any related field.
- With two (2) to four (4) or more years of work experience.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
Skills (Knowledge, Habits and Attitude)
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate
